NorState FCU Offers Six $1000 Scholarships
NorState Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that their 2022 scholarship application is now open to high school seniors. Any student who is an active NorState FCU member, has been accepted to an institution of higher education and attends a high school in Aroostook and Northern Penobscot counties can apply for one of six, $1000 scholarships to be awarded this coming June. The form is fillable online, and you may attach additional information before submitting. “NorState Federal Credit Union is thrilled to be able to help young scholars further their education,” said NorState FCU Chief Executive Officer, Susan G. Whitehead. “As a credit union, being a cooperative, community involvement is very important to our being. This is why we encourage our applicants to be civically minded and involved. Each year we are pleased to find our applicants living a cooperative life of community involvement.” Applications are available online. Deadline to apply is May 16, 2022.
