NORSTATE FCU OFFERS SIX $1000 SCHOLARSHIPS
AROOSTOOK COUNTY – NorState Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that their 2023 scholarship application is now open to high school seniors. Any student who is an active NorState FCU member, has been accepted to an institution of higher education and attends a high school in Aroostook and Northern Penobscot counties can apply for one of six, $1000 scholarships to be awarded this coming June. The form is fillable online, and you may attach additional information before submitting. “Each year, NorState Federal Credit Union is excited to be able to offer these scholarships to assist students’ in our local area,” stated Amy Michaud, VP Support Services/CUCE. “Tuition costs rise every year and scholarships can help make getting a degree more affordable. We encourage all students who qualify to apply no matter what college or university they plan to attend because every little bit helps.” Applications are available online at norstatefcu.org. Deadline to apply is May 15, 2023.
