NORSTATE FCU NAMES VETERAN EMPLOYEE AS CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER
AROOSTOOK COUNTY – NorState Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the recent promotion of VP Commercial Services Robin Charette to the executive position of Chief Credit Officer. With nearly two decades of dedicated service to the credit union, Charette has consistently exhibited exceptional leadership, expertise, and commitment to NorState FCU and its members.
“I am very excited to have Robin join NorState’s Senior Executive Team,” states Jeff Davenport, NorState FCU President/CEO. “She will be essential in ensuring the ongoing enhancements and improvements to the credit union’s lending products and processes, as well as having her as a key part of the credit union’s succession plan to ensure the organization’s sustainability through the ongoing and inevitable departure of key leadership team members through retirements and other life events.”
In her previous role as VP Commercial Services, Charette, with her deep understanding of the financial industry, played a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our commercial lending department. As Chief Credit Officer, she will now lead all lending operations, overseeing all aspects of lending including risk management and member relationships.
“What I’m looking forward to most in this new role is leading a lending and credit team that is poised to provide pertinent financial products and services to the members and future members of NorState FCU, ensuring a high-quality member experience in the process,” stated Charette.
Charette began her duties as Chief Credit Officer on May 1st.
